Dan is not just a chef, he’s an artist. Every meal was crafted with intention, beautifully plated, and completely accommodating of dietary needs. Ingredients came from local farmers markets, and sauces were made from scratch. Every bite was impressive and deeply appreciated. Kena and Dan consistently went above and beyond. From packing extra rain jackets for attendees to surprising us with local coffee favorites, they genuinely cared about our comfort and experience in every moment.
